Hey Abby, I would love to hear your take on how we can speak with more class, especially in todays climate where there is so much vulgarity and we’ve become desensitized.
Background: I remember at a dinner I attended there was an old lady (about 80) and I said to someone else at the table, “man, that really pissed me off” and she gasped. Not that “pissed” is a horrible word but just showed how desensitized I am to language and how much better women acted and spoke back in the day.
