Good list! There aren’t many things I can say this about, but I function very well when sleep-deprived. I’m not saying I enjoy it! The biggest challenge in these circumstances is not to let myself be grumpy, which I can sometimes be. 😂 What helps function and attitude for me is to get moving, go outside for some fresh air and light, play fun music, avoid stillness unless I can afford to take the nap.

I have avoided caffeine as much as possible, but I can imagine that it's really helpful!
