This might be an unusual response, but I think my dream home would be a luxury condominium, lol. I live in Tampa and I've seen several of them. I'd love to live in one that had beautiful, sweeping views of the ocean! And I wouldn't have to worry about yardwork lol.

I'd like any style of home, as long as it's filled with people I love and belong to. <3

I think that's definitely true! A home is a home, as long as the people you love are inside.

Love this question, oh gosh I'm obsessed with architecture and interior design so I could talk about this forever. I believe the physical characteristics of a house have a huge influence on the people who live in it. I've always loved antique colonial houses- like classic new england farm homes. We recently bought our first house and it is a cozy little antique cape style home. I love it but the reality of having to clean and maintain an antique house has really set in and I find myself more and more drawn to more modern styles lol. I'd say my current dream house would be a colonial reproduction with a combo of rustic and modern design features. We do a lot of homesteady type things so making the whole property practical for that stuff is just as important as the aesthetics. I'm working on saving up so that someday I can actually build my dream home :))

I would love a big yard! Being in Southern California, having a huge yard is not very doable but that will always be my dream. I love seeing pictures of houses in the midwest that have so much space between them. What a dream.

Victorian or Edwardian mansions or a traditional English manor. I love those old manor houses but with modern conveniences.
